About

Margo Gardner’s work as a designer is rooted in a deep love of home - the place where we recharge, reset, and reconnect. She believes that a well-designed space should not only meet clients' functional needs, but reflect their personalities and set the stage for all the joyful moments, both big and small, that make home such a special place.

Margo was formally trained in interior design at the Parsons School of Design in New York City. Before coming to design, she earned a Ph.D. in psychology and had a successful research career at Teachers College, Columbia University. This unique career path laid the groundwork for a holistic approach to design that emphasizes both the beauty of interior spaces, and the impact that they have on our well-being.

With a researcher’s systematic approach to planning and problem solving, a psychologist’s understanding of the impact that surroundings have on happiness, and a designer’s appreciation for a multitude of styles, Margo works hand-in-hand with clients to build beautiful homes that are uniquely their own.

Margo lives in Montclair, NJ with her husband and two children.
